In Review: Milwaukee’s 2310-21 M-Spector M12 Digital Inspection Camera

Milwaukee recently launched a new line of 12V Lithium-Ion power tools, an entire line containing more than a handful of power tools that will spark any craftsman’s tool lust. Among them is his M12 M-Spector, a digital inspection camera packed with sophisticated technologies and heavy-duty features to offer a whole new way of looking at his job sites.

The 2310-21 M-Spector features fully advanced digital imaging technology that, when displayed on the camera’s high-resolution (and color!) 2.4″ LCD screen, gives users the ability to see the work environment and see inside, behind and beyond that work environment in a much improved way.In fact, the camera provides crystal clear visibility to places on your work site that would otherwise be impossible to reach. The thing allows you to easily look into pipes and drains, to see behind walls, and to set your eyes on dark, tiny, uncomfortable and unreachable spaces.

The camera’s digital imaging technology delivers truly superior image quality and image clarity, ensuring you see exactly what’s in front of you. So whether what’s in front of you is inside a pipe or behind a wall, the M-Spector gives you a clear image, and with 2x adjustable zoom capability and LED brightness control (with dimming digital glare), you will never be surprised by things lurking in invisible spaces.

The camera also features a detachable, flexible, durable, and watertight 3-foot extension cable with a small camera head on its end. The extension cord is narrow enough to get into, under, and around small spaces; in fact, the thing gets into openings as small as 3/4″ in diameter. This extension allows you to get into the real meat of those impossible to reach areas, and because this cable can be combined with other similar ones, users they benefit from a possible 9-foot camera extension that dramatically increases a worker’s range and quality of visibility.

As if empowering you with job site supervision skills wasn’t good enough, the Milwaukee Inspection Camera is also ergonomically comfortable to hold and operate. In fact, designed for comfortable one-handed use, the camera is fully optimized for user comfort. Also powered by Milwaukee’s exclusive RedLithium battery technology, the camera boasts a long 15 hours of consecutive operation and a charging system that fully charges a battery in just 30 minutes.
