Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera

Professional photographers (as well as aspiring professionals) often turn to single-lens reflex (SLR) cameras for more control over manual settings. SLR cameras allow photographers to have almost total control over their cameras modes, features, and settings to produce the best possible shot.

One of my favorite SLR cameras of all time is the Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera. This new model comes with a wide range of features, many of which were previously only available on more expensive models. Here’s a quick look at why the Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 MP CMOS Digital Camera is a winner.

This model has a powerful 15.1MP sensor. This high resolution (along with the DIGIC 4 processor) enables accurate and natural reproduction of colors in the photograph taken. The 18-55mm lens that ships with this model does a pretty good job, but at high resolution, the 15.1 MP sensor works better with the EF 70-200mm and other similar lenses.

Regardless of the camera, I always really appreciate a huge screen. The Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 MP CMOS Digital Camera has a large 3″ screen that performs like a dream. The screen surface is anti-reflective and displays sharp previews even in bright sunlight and dark lighting conditions (has brightness level adjustments).

This model is surprisingly light and feels quite good in my grip. It has the same housing as the XSi model and is slightly smaller compared to many other SLR cameras. The buttons are well placed and Canon camera users will have little trouble getting used to this model. This camera also records HD video and can be easily connected to other devices (it comes with an HDMI port).
