Next, you need to opt for the option of “wipe cache partition” and after completion, opt for “Wipe Dalvik Cache” which is present under Advanced option.

Step 8:

Now from your SD card you need to select “install zip from sdcard” and then “choose zip from sdcard”. The Carbon ROM file that was previously copied to your phone’s SD card should now be located and selected using the Power key, after which its installation process is confirmed.

Step 9:

After the successful installation of the ROM file, you need to repeat the above step for Google Apps file installation again.

Step 10:

When the installation of the ROM file and Google Apps is complete, you need to go back to the main menu and choose to reboot system now to reboot your phone. You have to boot into the custom Android JB Carbon ROM. It will take some time for the first boot to complete.
