Work on your high jumping ability. This is best done by using a platform that is solid on which you can stand. Work on jumping back off that bench or platform and make the landing as smooth as possible. Jump back onto that platform and bench and repeat the jump back.

The next thing will be your explosive jumps and work on them. Again, you can also use that platform for this exercise. Place one of your feet on that platform and crouch down. Explode up and force the jump from your foot that is still on the ground.

Don’t overdo your exercise program and be sure to take breaks between days. However, you will soon see the results in your jumping ability.
