Combination of fast food restaurant injuries

In recent years, some fast food restaurant franchises have decided to join forces and create combination restaurants with not one, but two fast food outlets in the same retail space. This allows you, as a consumer, to buy, for example, a burrito and a pizza from Taco Bell and Pizza Hut at the same time. This could be a great option if you have kids in tow who want to eat Mexican and American food at the same time.

However, with this new restaurant concept, accidents can happen that insult you or your loved ones in unforeseen ways. Since the employees at these types of establishments are often quite young and new to the workforce, they could inadvertently put you in physical danger. For example, an employee might get confused trying to fill an order that requires many different types of food to be cooked at the same time. The employee could end up undercooking some of the food or using unsanitary practices while handling your food, which could make you sick. Harms from food poisoning and food contamination can be severe, and in some cases, can lead to hospitalization and even death.

Additionally, employees may be rushed with customers and neglect to clean up table scraps and spills on the dining room floor. You could easily be walking through the restaurant and putting on a breadstick or taco sauce if the main dining room isn’t sanitized regularly. These slip and fall accidents can be extremely damaging and could have been prevented with more attention to cleanliness.
