Right neck brace posture

Because my job requires me to sit at a computer, desk, and type all day, I often experience back and neck strain. A friend of mine, who is actually a physical therapist, recommended something called a brace right next to my neck to help alleviate some of the pain I was experiencing. It really isn’t much to look at, it really has a simple design that consists of hard plastic and resembles a bookend. I tested it by lying with my back flat on the floor, knees bent, the base of my neck in the Posture Right orthosis, and my head resting on the plastic slant. There was instant relief as I began to feel my neck strengthen and stretch and I felt the tension drain from my jaw and face. My friend recommended that I take it for ten minutes for optimal benefits, but I only lasted five.

I have back and neck pain so severe it makes me nauseous at times. That’s exactly what happened with the Posture Right brace, the longer I stayed in it, the more nausea I felt. I also feel nauseous when getting massages because the toxins are being flushed out of my body, so I know that when I’m in the Correct Posture and start to feel nauseous, it’s working. This isn’t a great feeling, but at least I’m aware that I’m going in the right direction to help ease the pain.

According to the creators of The Posture Right Orthotic, it has two functional angles that provide traction when needed. The wedge design was said to help achieve certain vertebral placement.
Posture Right design is to restore a normal healthy cervical curve and correct forward head posture. Some of the benefits of Correct Posture include:

• Has progressive care in stages
• Produces better posterior radiographs which, in turn, result in better compliance and correction
• Is durable, strong and holds its shape
• You can use it at home

I find the Posture Right Orthotic to be an easy and effective tool to relieve back and neck tension.
I found it very comforting to be able to stretch my jaw and facial muscles, which I don’t remember ever doing before this. Most chiropractors recommend using Posture Right for 15 minute sessions. There are now over 150 chiropractic offices using this product with a 98% satisfaction rate. If you want to buy it in quantity, you can get it for as low as $15.50 each, but if you have a single purchase, the price is $39.99. I would recommend this product.
