I have faced many problems during the preparation of my report and presentation and I would like to encourage myself to write a special article on LaTeX to make it useful for all my dear friends. We know that the thesis, report writing and presentation report were done in Microsoft Word, that is, these reports and presentation seem to be common and do not have a good impact. Since equation, bibliography, table, figure, but last but not least, setup and formatting are not easy in Microsoft, but LaTeX is really a tool for all solutions of any type of report writing. , it is a really good platform for all kinds of reports. .

Here I will provide a complete solution, i.e. from installation to making the report and presentation with codes. I am dividing this report into seven sections.

First Section: Installation-a There are two types of installation basic installation; here we require an installation of SumatraPCF-0.9.4 and TXCSetup_1StableRC1. This installation does not support all file types because it does not include all types of packages.

The second option is the full type of installation here it includes all kinds of packages but this installation requires some knowledge about the software. Our PC must have Adobe because we will need a path to run PCF C:Program FilesAdobeReader 9.0ReaCerAcroRC32.exe.

To cure the installation, we need an execution path, i.e. C:Program FilesMiKTeX 2.7miktexbinLaTeX.exe

After complete installation we will need gs863w32.xe file and most important for PS to PCF because after installation we have default output in three ways like LaTeX to CVI, LaTeX to PCF, LaTeX to PS, but we need LaTeX = >PS = >PCF.

For this Conversion we will follow this path. First click Alt+F7 to open a profile set tab following the path:

Note: For Post script to PCF file, our PC also has GIMP2 software which converts the figure to .eps file.
