How to test and improve your internet speed quickly

Internet connectivity has become essential in our lives. Most of us work from home, while few do office work from home. Therefore, it is important to have a reliable and fast Internet connection. Many of us complain about slow internet speed and want to increase it by upgrading memory or upgrading the system processor or ultimately buying a new computer. You can increase the RAM, if the RAM is less for the number of programs you use. This slows down not only the computer but also the Internet speed. More RAM can be added at any time you deem necessary. If you have a 0.5 GB system, you can choose to make it 2 GB and this will certainly make your system faster and your internet speed will increase as well.

But if you have a system with high settings and high RAM, you may need to think about other options to run the system and internet faster. Check if there is something inside the system that is slowing down the Internet speed, such as the presence of a virus or adware, spyware or malicious software that contributes to slowing down the Internet.

Check the system with the latest version of antivirus software. Run the scan to see if your system is infected with adware, spyware, or viruses. If the scan results are positive, quarantine that particular group and fix the problem. This should automatically increase your system speed as well as your internet speed.

If the system is not infected with any malicious programs and still the Internet speed is low, you can increase it by deleting all temporary Internet files, cookies (not those that are eaten, but those of the computer), remove all those programs unused and files (not used on a regular basis by the user, but are always running).

Gone are the days of dial-up, when it took irritatingly long hours to connect to the Internet, with broadband connectivity shouldn’t be a problem at all. Take care of your system and you’ll be connected to the Internet at rocket speed.
