Driver’s License Violation Code Information

Driving convictions generally result in a fine and points on your license. Typically, these endorsements are records that are kept against the offender for a minimum of four years and a maximum of up to eleven years, depending on the severity of the motoring violation. The offender can check their records online and check the penalty points and the term associated with the offense. You may be disqualified from driving if the number of points accumulated exceeds 12 in a period of 3 years or less.
