Dissatisfaction breeds creativity

The famous Bob Proctor states ‘Dissatisfaction is a creative state.‘. Do you agree?

Be grateful in life.

Being satisfied with what we have and never asking for too much.

How many times have we come across these statements?

agree that Gratitude it is the genesis of all progress in life. Tea law of attraction It reveals to us that the more gratitude we show for what we already have, the more we will attract into our lives.

However, do you really think that we should be satisfied with what we are or with what we have when deep down we know our the true potential is latent? Dissatisfaction breeds creativity because it puts your mind into a continuous thought frequency. And this was exactly what I’ve been going through for the last six or seven years. And my questions in my mind changed OF

  • Is this what life is all about?
  • How long will this continue?

A

  • How can I change my life?
  • How can I tap into my true potential and project my true value to the world?

A long time ago in Mauritius, I had a great job, decent income, but was still not satisfied with my work lifestyle. The truth is, I wasn’t happy with my cubicle lifestyle because I knew I wasn’t projecting my best self to the world. This bothered me a lot as I didn’t know how to change my life. The dissatisfaction piqued my curiosity and intrigued me what rich people, enjoying a lifestyle of freedom, were doing differently than people caged in a cubicle, trading WEATHER by MONEY: people like me. Some people have defined this state of mind as creative dissatisfaction.

No matter how hard he worked, the situation stagnated or even worsened. More time was exchanged for money. THERE MUST BE A WAY OUT AND I CAN’T BE STUCK IN THIS LIFESTYLE ALL MY LIFE. I kept saying and kept digging: The secret, The magic, The power, Unleash your inner power, Think and Grow Rich, to name a few of the personal growth books that became my best friends on this journey. Through my reading I realized that I couldn’t expect a different result if I kept doing the same thing: As long as I locked myself in a cubicle and kept complaining, I could never change my life. Research has shown and famous personal growth gurus have claimed that all rich and affluent people have multiple sources of income. And he was determined to create this lifestyle too: HAS lifestyle of freedom with multiple sources of income as he had a burning desire to escape the rat race.

Crossing oceans in search of freedom didn’t instantly change my cubicle lifestyle, and my new questions didn’t stop either. However, I found that I no longer felt stuck. My new set of questions was changing my lifestyle paradigms for me. Suddenly I felt there was hope ahead. My mind had become creative in its dissatisfied state.. And little by little several options were opening their front door. The rise of the Digital Economy opened doors to opportunities. Why not embrace the digital lifestyle – the Internet lifestyle?

More than ever, I now believe that the right opportunity comes to the right person at the right time. Oprah Winfrey defines this circumstance as ‘LUCK’: when preparation meets opportunity.

If you think your value is much higher than the hourly rate printed on your bi-weekly or monthly pay stub,

If you believe that your passion and purpose are beyond a cubicle,

If you want to be different from the crowd and escape the rush of fees,

After,

Make the DECISION and define a GOAL

A decision is like that axis without which no other action will take place.

  • If you want a change to happen
  • If you are not satisfied with your current results,

Then you have no choice but to get creative! Remember, dissatisfaction is the abode of creativity. That point in your life has to come when you make that decision to stop doing what you have been doing until now; Once you make that decision, your whole life shifts gears from that moment on. Set a goal for yourself about what you want to achieve.

We need a goal that is such a burning desire for us that we HAVE to fulfill it to motivate us to do more. Make it something you lose sleep over. Make it something epic. Make it awesome. It will be your motivating force, that goal that never leaves your vision.

Create a PLAN

If you don’t have a plan, you’re just showing up and playing bumper cars with everyone else. You are only as good as your plans. Successful results are the result of good strategies and game plans. Sporting events, business goals, and battles cannot be won without a plan. The success of all of these things is dictated by systems and plans, yet when we think about our lives, how many of us actually have a plan for success?

Most people don’t have a plan because they don’t even know what they want out of life. Once you figure it out, you can form a specific plan to achieve that specific result.

Remember: Detailed goals drive specific actions to achieve those goals.

Which leads us to take action on our plans…

Take consistent ACTIONS

The decision, the goal and the plan are useless if consistent action is not taken. It has to be something you are excited to work on EVERY DAY. It has to be something that DRIVES you. Your PASSION can be your drive. As humans, we tend to work as hard as necessary. So the secret is to have something that drives you and compels you to be creative and take action.

An important part of the journey is constantly learning and educating yourself. You don’t have to be alone on your journey.

Seek the training and guidance of mentors who have already accomplished what you seek to accomplish.

The happiest, most successful and accomplished entrepreneurs have created their own path. That’s what separates them from everyone else. These remarkable entrepreneurs create what they want, when they want with who they choose in life. The common thread between all of them is the drive they have to write their own ticket.

Do you have a unit to write your own ticket? Dissatisfaction with your current lifestyle can become a drive if your desire to create a better lifestyle becomes a burning desire.
