Cecilware’s Arctic Series comes in one to four 5-gallon bowl models with an option for 3.17-gallon bowls that hold a pre-mixed cold beverage. Because each bowl has its own motor, all four bowls work independently so you have more control over your drinks. The compact “slow” agitation series has a magnetic stirrer and very slow agitation of product in 2.2 gallon bowls to reduce foaming. This series also comes as a one to four bowl model.
The Cecilware Bag-In-Box Ready-to-Serve dispenser accepts any bag-in-box or bag-in-basket format that needs to be chilled in the refrigerator when placed in the machine. It also accepts two non-carbonated drinks for 2.75. This machine is approved for dairy products, including cappuccinos with real dairy products. This dispenser can be set for temperatures from 35°F to 50°F and comes with the option of a front graphic panel or 2 flavor labels.
Bunn offers a Silver series of cold brew machines. JDF models include the BJDF 2 S model, which has two dispensers and a Gourmet Ice® cold beverage system with illuminated graphics. These machines pump and mix beverage concentrations from 2 + 1 to 11 + 1, including 4 + 1 viscosity. The advanced pump is designed for easy installation, accuracy and durability. A 7-inch cup clearance easily accommodates cup size. Dispensing flow rate is 1 to 1.5 ounces per second. They all come with a standard door lock. The only option available is a cold water dispenser.
When you look for consumer complaints about any of these dispensers, you won’t find any. The requirements are so high and the quality is good that Grindmaster-Cecilware and Bunn have never had a complaint about these commercial cold brew dispensers, according to company staff.
